Museum of Modern Art toys!

Ok, something else great about Wondertime magazine. I found these great new York City building blocks by Muji, for $14, available on the Museum of Modern Art (momastore.org) website. They have all sorts of stuff for grown-ups and well as toys, puzzles and other cool arty stuff for kids. Izzy and Beck and I love to build a city with blocks and drive the cars through it. We drive thru Starbucks, get ice cream, go to Target..this way, we'll have the Chrylser Building, The Statue of Liberty and the Guggenheim, among other NYC icons to add to it!

Museum stores always have fun toys for kids, and adults. The Phoenix Art Museum has some great finds. My poor nephew's birthday is right after Christmas and I did not want to go to another mall luckily I found their online store, and scored! I got him temporary tattoos and some crazy looking wooden car, an Automoblox S9. Both items were things I had never seen before, and he seems to really be enjoying his fancy car.
